With a strong academic foundation and extensive professional experience, I have developed a versatile skill set and a keen understanding of various industries. I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines, which equipped me with analytical and problem-solving skills.
I have accumulated nine years of experience in the BPO industry, starting as a Customer Service Representative in 2008. Over the years, I have taken on multiple roles, including Retention Agent, Marketing Consultant, and Team Lead. This diverse experience has honed my abilities in customer engagement, team management, and strategic marketing.
In addition, I have nearly seven years of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. In this role, I have managed tasks such as cold calling, CRM management, calendar management, scheduling showings, and a variety of other administrative duties. My expertise in these areas has allowed me to provide comprehensive support to real estate professionals, ensuring smooth operations and enhanced client satisfaction.
Overall, my extensive experience in both the BPO and real estate sectors positions me as a well-rounded and well-equipped professional capable teaching and coaching individuals who are interested in becoming real estate virtual assistants.
