As our business continues to expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to help manage customer interactions and daily operations.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:
• Identify customer needs and proactively support their purchase journey.
• Provide top-tier customer service via social media, instant messaging, and email, addressing inquiries from a global audience.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally, ensuring solutions meet both customer expectations and business objectives.
• Coordinate with production and logistics departments to manage daily orders and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor customer feedback on social media and recommend improvements to products, services, and workflows.
• Handle inbound customer calls effectively, ensuring all queries are resolved efficiently in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks that can be completed online as assigned.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in customer service.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently and efficiently.
• Customer-centric mindset with a keen attention to detail and a quick learning ability.
• Proficient in Shopify, Gorgias, social media platforms, online marketplaces, and Hubstaff.
• Ability to work 8-9 hours per day (day and night shifts available).
