Glimmer Tours is seeking a remote full-time tour coordinator & organizer to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including flights, transfers and accommodations ensuring the best possible experience for our clients
– Monitor flight delays and ensure coordination with our local suppliers and tour leaders on tour arrival dates.
– Organize and maintain accurate rooming lists, flight preferences and booking information, while ensuring data accuracy throughout the entire process
– Provide support to our local suppliers and travelers while they are overseas.
– Play a vital role in fostering a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement. Provide insights and feedback to help refine processes, enhance our services, and exceed our clients’ expectations
Qualifications:
– Available to work during U.S. business hours
– Highly detail-oriented
– Full-time availability
– Fluent in English
