Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Operations Team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. You will be working closely with our Operations Manager to assist in the day-to-day flow of materials from suppliers to our major retailers and online orders, so think big! Attention to details and proactivity are key to ensure an efficient and cost-effective business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily tasks:
    • Monitor Shopify orders, issue invoices
    • Track deliveries across multiple warehouses, suppliers, clients
  • Weekly/monthly tasks:
    • Inventory control (monthly)
    • Dashboard creation from retailer reports
  • Liaison with freight forwarders and warehouses
  • MYOB tasks: issuing purchase orders, generating invoices, downloading reports
  • Assist with tracking of productions and deliveries;
  • Maintain master data and ensure information are up to date;
  • Purchase Order and Invoices management: generate and review logistics

Requirements: 

  • Proficiency with data entry, Excel and Google Drive;
  • A person who can adapt quickly to an ever changing, fast paced environment;
  • High attention to details and strong multitasking abilities;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with stakeholders;
  • A “can-do” positive attitude, willingness to learn and develop.
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Diligent in tracking multiple deliveries, warehouses, suppliers, clients
  • Quick learner, capable of working independently
  • Interested in learning various aspects of the business (logistics, demand planning, marketing)

Minimum Technical Requirements:

Internet Speed: Download: Minimum 50MBPS, Upload: Minimum 20MBPS (will be checked live during your Zoom interview)

Computer Specs: 16GB RAM computer (Windows OS or M1/M2 Mac).

Back up internet (a MUST): Fast internet and Mobile Data (Personal Hotspot)
