Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Operations Team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. You will be working closely with our Operations Manager to assist in the day-to-day flow of materials from suppliers to our major retailers and online orders, so think big! Attention to details and proactivity are key to ensure an efficient and cost-effective business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily tasks:
- Monitor Shopify orders, issue invoices
- Track deliveries across multiple warehouses, suppliers, clients
- Weekly/monthly tasks:
- Inventory control (monthly)
- Dashboard creation from retailer reports
- Liaison with freight forwarders and warehouses
- MYOB tasks: issuing purchase orders, generating invoices, downloading reports
- Assist with tracking of productions and deliveries;
- Maintain master data and ensure information are up to date;
- Purchase Order and Invoices management: generate and review logistics
Requirements:
- Proficiency with data entry, Excel and Google Drive;
- A person who can adapt quickly to an ever changing, fast paced environment;
- High attention to details and strong multitasking abilities;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with stakeholders;
- A “can-do” positive attitude, willingness to learn and develop.

- Diligent in tracking multiple deliveries, warehouses, suppliers, clients
- Quick learner, capable of working independently
- Interested in learning various aspects of the business (logistics, demand planning, marketing)

Minimum Technical Requirements:
