The ideal candidate will have:

• High EQ & Empathy: You excel at understanding people and building connections.
• Sales Expertise: Proven experience in OnlyFans chatting, direct sales, or similar roles.
• Language Fluency: You’re fluent in English at a C1 level.
• Typing Speed & Creativity: Quick responses and engaging conversations are second nature to you.
• Cultural Awareness: You understand Western audiences and know how to relate to them effectively.

Your Role

As a Sales Agent at Belle Muse, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing fan engagement and driving revenue for creators. You’ll be responsible for:

• Engaging Fans: Build meaningful relationships by responding to messages and comments with creativity and empathy.
• Maximizing Sales: Use strategic sales techniques to promote and sell Pay-Per-View (PPV) content, driving both tips and custom orders.
• Tracking Performance: Monitor your key metrics, including revenue per shift, conversion rates, and response times, to continuously improve your results.
• Fan Segmentation: Focus on high-value fans while managing time efficiently across all interactions.
• Providing Feedback: Share insights on fan preferences to inform content strategies and enhance overall success.

Your KPIs & Goals

We value results, and your performance will be measured by:

• Revenue per Shift: Sell USD 500 by the end of the first month, then continue increasing it to at least USD 500 per work shift.
• Conversion Rates: Achieve a 50% PPV conversion rate.
• Response Time: Maintain an average response time of under 5 minutes.
