We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager based in Philippine to join our dynamic Australian property management team. This is a work-from-home position that requires exceptional English speaking skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in spoken and written English – excellent communication is key

• A quiet, No power shortage, dedicated work-from-home setup (quilted or soundproof room or you own Uninterruptible Power Supply preferred)

• Own PC/laptop with camera and microphone

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence working alongside Australian colleagues and clients

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management, preferably in the residential sector (Australian experience)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Ability to manage emergency situations and solve problems effectively

• Skilled in tenant management, lease negotiations, and administrative tasks

• Team leadership capabilities and a proactive, “can-do” learning attitude

• Proven track record of managing a property portfolio

• Excellent time management, organisational, and attention to detail skills

• Able to work independently while being a strong team player

• Customer-first mindset – we’re all about people and service

🏠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing daily operations of assigned residential properties

• Conducting routine property inspections report and addressing tenant or maintenance concerns

• Managing the leasing process – from marketing vacancies to screening and onboarding tenants

• Handling lease negotiations and tenancy agreements

• Maintaining accurate property records and financial reports for landlords

• Coordinating with tradespeople and contractors for maintenance and renovations

• Ensuring compliance with relevant tenancy laws and standards
