Required Skills:
1. Fluent English Speaking
2. Friendly Telephone Voice
3. Sales Skills and Closing skills
(Ability to have a qualification conversation by phone with prospect and book discovery meeting)
4. List building and online research skills to build prospect lists
5. familiarity with Linked In for prospecting
6. Data Entry – CRM systems, pipeline management and lead scoring
7. Ability to Answer phones
8. Email Marketing
9. Texting leads
10. outbound calling/lead followup
Preferred Skills: (Knowledge in the following areas is preferred)
1. video / photo editing
2. graphic design
3. social media (linked in and facebook and youtube)
4. AI Research tools (chatgpt, etc)
5. keyword, SEO and blog topic research
Hours are 9-5MST (8hr shift w/ 1hr unpaid lunch break)…. Paid Holidays ….
Must have a quit home workspace / good quality computer / headset / reliable internet service)
5+ years experience in this field is preferred
Salary Package is Negotiable
Includes: Base Salary + commission + Bonus .. Min Base Salary is $10+/hr
Job Scope:
In this role you will report directly to the president of the company and assist him by generating and setting quality business appointments with qualified prospects/leads. You will be prospecting using Linked In , outbound calling and self-generated prospect lists. Email / Call / Text… we will likely use a Twilio enabled CRM. You will be compensated with a competitive base salary
Primary Campaign: You will be setting appointments with Business Owners in several different industries
Secondary Campaign: You will be setting appointments with different targeted prospects
This role will require making upwards of 100 calls per day (12-13 per hour)….with a sales target of 1-2 appts per day
