Client: US-based
Working Hours: 12 am – 9am MNL time
Salary: 50k per month (negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with home insurance tasks, ensuring smooth processing of documents and client interactions.
Help prepare and organize insurance quote files for clients.
Prepare and manage evidence of insurance documents for both new and existing clients.
Handle incoming calls, providing professional support to clients with inquiries and requests.
Assist existing clients with payment processing and account updates.
Proactively call clients to remind them of upcoming or overdue insurance payments.
Provide administrative support by updating records, managing files, and ensuring accuracy in all client information.
