  • Monitor driver schedules to ensure compliance with fatigue management requirements (e.g., 6 days on/1 day off or 12 days on/2 days off).
  • Track and manage drivers’ rest periods to meet legal and safety standards.
  • Maintain and update driver rosters and schedules.
  • Collect and manage driver documentation (e.g., licenses, police clearances, certifications).
  • Submit documents for driver inductions and follow up to ensure completion.
  • Prepare and send invoices via Xero (training provided if needed).
  • Create and update contracts, memorandums, and agreements.
  • Respond to and send emails to contractors, including updates on driver information and compliance.
  • Use WhatsApp for driver communications and email/text for contractor interactions.
  • Relay instructions from the business owner and coordinate actions accordingly.
  • Organize digital files and ensure records are updated and accessible.
  • Maintain an efficient system for retrieving documents and data as required.
  • Handle urgent tasks such as sending documents, responding to contractor requests, and updating driver records.
  • Provide backup support when the business owner is unavailable or driving.
