Ideal Profile

As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth and managing customer relationships. You should be highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering value to clients. This role is perfect for someone eager to take ownership of their sales pipeline and grow in a dynamic B2B environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Manage inbound inquiries, build relationships, and convert leads into long-term customers.
  • Own and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Conduct virtual meetings, present solutions, and close deals with decision-makers.
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to existing customers.
  • Work closely with the operations and logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven environments.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Energetic, positive, and able to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this role is PHP 30,000-40,000. You will also receive bonuses that are tied to your performance and growth in this role.
