Job Title: Virtual Assistant for a Creative Entrepreneur & Publisher
Location: Remote
Hours: Part-time (10 hours per week)

Who We’re Looking For:
We need a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant who can take initiative and help streamline our client’s day-to-day operations. You should be highly organized, tech-savvy, and great at communication. If you’re an independent problem solver who thrives in a creative environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

-Website & E-commerce Support – Manage Shopify and Etsy stores, update product listings.
-Marketing & Advertising – Assist with Amazon KDP, email marketing, and workflow automation.
-Social Media Management – Help maintain and update social media pages as well as create contents to showcase the Client’s product
-Email Management & Scheduling – Organize inboxes, respond to messages, and schedule appointments.
-Customer Service – Respond to inquiries and provide support for clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

-More than a year proven experience as an Ecommerce VA and Canva Designer
-Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
-Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon KDP).
-Experience with email management and customer service.
-Familiarity with social media and digital marketing.
-Ability to work independently and proactively.
