Virtual Assistant Operations Manager

Root Digital Concierge is looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant Operations Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth operations! If you have a proven track record in managing virtual assistants, optimizing processes, and handling client relationships, we want to hear from you!

Position: Virtual Assistant Operations Manager

Location: Remote (Philippines-based candidates preferred)

Salary: $625 – $1,070/month (₱35,000 – ₱60,000)

Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

Oversee client onboarding and ensure top-tier service delivery

Recruit, train, and manage virtual assistants

Monitor VA performance and ensure quality & efficiency

Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Optimize processes and introduce automation tools

Manage VA payroll and operational budgets

Work closely with the sales team to match VAs with client needs

What We’re Looking For (Experience is a MUST! )

Minimum 2+ years experience managing virtual assistants or remote teams

Strong understanding of VA operations & client management

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Experience with CRM, project management & automation tools

Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)

Ability to work independently and lead a remote team
